The Southland Precon Team is made up of estimators, BIM professionals, and sales leaders who work together every day to support our people, our projects, and our company. We may have different roles, but we share a common belief that the best teams are built on trust, accountability, service, and genuinely caring for one another.

We strive to be servant leaders. That means putting others first, stepping in when someone needs help, challenging each other to grow, and holding one another accountable to be our best—both professionally and personally. We celebrate each other’s successes, work through challenges together, and recognize that what we accomplish as a team is greater than anything we could accomplish individually.

Our involvement in the American Heart Association Heart Walk is an extension of those values. We want to make an impact beyond the projects we build and the work we do every day. We want to positively influence our company, our families, and the communities where we live and work.

Heart health touches all of us. By walking together, supporting one another, and raising money for the American Heart Association, we have an opportunity to help fund lifesaving research, education, and resources while also encouraging each other to make our own health a priority.

We believe leadership is about serving others, caring for people, and leaving things better than we found them.
