Our mission is to be a relentless force for longer, healthier lives!
The American Heart Association believes that every person deserves the opportunity for a full, healthy life. As champions for health equity, by 2024, the AHA will advance cardiovascular health for all including barriers to quality health care, safe environments, and ensuring all have an optimal and just opportunity to be healthy.
I am honored to work with an organization and get to focus on ensuring that others in my community do not lose their family and friends too early due to lack of health care, early onset of chronic illness, and other barriers that shave valuable years off of their lives.
