For the 5th consecutive year, my family and I are dedicated to supporting the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Houston on Saturday, October 25th. Our mission is to raise crucial funds to sustain heart health and advance important research. This year, we have set a goal of raising $3,000 for this vital cause.
The importance of this foundation is deeply personal to us. We tragically lost my father in 2010 to a hemorrhagic stroke while he slept at the young age of 59. This loss has profoundly impacted our family and has made us more committed to heart health and awareness.
Every step we take during this walk is driven by the desire to make a positive difference for others and to ensure a healthier future. We walk not only in memory of my father but also to set a healthy example for my children (Morgan and MJ) and to support advancements in heart disease and stroke research.
By donating, you will be supporting groundbreaking research that can save lives and help families enjoy longer, healthier futures together.
Thank you for joining us in this important cause. Together, we can make a difference for countless hearts.
