The picture you see shows four people.  Those are the people in my household when I was growing up.  Three out of those four people now have to see a cardiologist every year, and some even more frequently because of conditions with our hearts.  My family is full of survivors and heart heroes! 

Heart disease is still the #1 killer in our nation and stroke ranks #2 worldwide.  You can do something to change that.
