Hello!

I have the privilege of serving as a team captain again this year, supporting the American Heart Association. If I included you in this email, I’m asking you to consider signing up and being a part of my Heart Walk team, Heart and Solers! (yall like that name??😊)

Last year, I dedicated my efforts to my grandmother who nearly lost her life to heart disease in 2021. This year, I’m dedicating the walk to my late aunt who passed in April from a weakened heart due to thyroid complications as well as my mother who has been navigating the challenges of a weakened heart from the same thyroid issues.

The 31st Annual San Antonio Heart & Stroke Walk and 5k will take place on Saturday, November 9th at Northeast Lakeview College. This is a family-friendly event, so feel free to bring others along with you! If you would like to join my team and donate only, that is also just fine!

Please know there is no pressure to donate, but do consider joining my team regardless (free of charge)!
