Heart health is near and dear to my heart. <3
Heart disease has had a significiant impact on several of my beloved family members. I hope to make a difference today by helping to fund groundbreaking research and by setting up healthy habits for myself and for my children! My boys, Hans and Perry, already participate in AHA Heart Health month at school (which some of you have donated to previously - THANKS!). We are expanding that this year by participating in my office, JCJ Architecture's, AHA Heart Walk!
But it's not just my efforts alone that will one day help us see a world free of heart disease and stroke. I am walking with a team of my colleagues and heart heros because together, we will have an even greater impact.
