Hi, most of you know me by my name Tony (some of you by my given name Anthony). This year I will run because I know that with every step, I am saving lives. I am a stroke survivor and have developed heart disease.
We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. Turns out I face both of those specters. We have to change that. Can you, will you, help me?
