We Walk to Save Lives!

Why are we called the W Key Heart Warriors? In most video games, characters are controlled via arrow keys or the alternative: W, A, S, D.
 
The W key on the keyboard is used to move your character FORWARD in games, which is what we'll be doing on April when we're walking in the Heart Walk! Come press W with us in real life! :)
 
9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this. ​
 
Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death. ​
