We walk in the Heart Walk to raise awareness and money, for worthy causes such as HLHS (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome) for children like our grandson Greyson, Tetralogy of Fallot, for our friend's son Oliver, and for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) for people like me. We walk to help bring awareness to these diseases and to help so many others with heart disease or stroke. 

Most people think it will never happen to them, but we're all tied to heart disease or stroke in some way. Either we experience it, or a loved one does. We have to change that.
