While I’m grateful that my family hasn’t been directly impacted by major heart issues, I know how important it is to take care of our hearts—every day, through small, consistent choices like staying active.

That’s why I’m proud to support the American Heart Association as a Coach for this year’s Heart Walk. It’s a meaningful way to raise awareness to a great cause, encourage healthy habits, and come together as a community—all in one of my favorite places in Salt Lake City, Sugar House Park.
