I’m not just walking. I’m Heartwalking. My participation in Heart Walk (for 20+ years) promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. I walk in recognition of friends and family members who are survivors of or living with heart and vascular diseases. With each step I also remember those angels who have left this world due to cardiovascular disease or stroke.
