In July of 2013 we lost our Mom to her final heart attack.  This initiated the start of the "Bee in a Bonnet" team to make sure we supported our loved ones to live a heart healthy life. 

We found that one of the best ways we can encourage our friends and family is to invite them to walk with us each year in Phoenix (March) and/or in San Diego (September).  Walking is one of the best ways to keep your heart healthy and strong along with diet and exercise.  

So many people we know have been impacted by heart conditions. The list continues to grow and we hope that our support of the American Heart Association and carrying the message of “Are you living a Heart Healthy Life?” will continue to ensure success stories.
