Heart health is personal for me as someone in my family, a young individual, needed a heart transplant. It wasn't the result of age or lifestyle, but simply unfortunate health circumstances. Their experience is a reminder that heart disease and heart conditions don't just affect the elderly, they can touch anyone, at any age.
