Hi Family and Friends,
I was very blessed to be able to survive a heart attack I had at the end of May while traveling to the east coast to attend a family wedding. Through the grace of God and with many angels watching over me every step of the way, I'm very thankful I made it.
After spending three weeks in the hospital and another two with family as I started my recovery, I was cleared to fly home to California. Very happy to say I'm on the road to recovery and am in the middle of a cardiac rehab program which is helping me build my strength back up. In addition to exercise, I've also made significant improvements in diet and lifestyle, so I can be here for the long haul!
Special thanks to my loving and beautiful wife Cherub for taking care of me through everything, and to my son Cristiano for being so strong! Also many thanks to all my wonderful family and friends who provided love and support as I was in the hospital going through all this, and throughout my recovery process. I love you all and I wouldn't have survived without you! All the love and prayers mean so much!
