Three years ago, things could have gone very differently for me. But thanks to the immediate actions of my friends, the power of CPR, and the incredible medical team who took over, I'm still here. I don't take a single moment for granted, and I walk to honor that second chance.
I walk to raise awareness about heart health and the life-saving importance of CPR. I walk to remember those we've lost too soon. And I walk in support of those who are just beginning their journey with heart disease.
