Year 3 with Team Heart to Heart and I'm so thankful!

I want to share something very close to my heart: I suffered a cardiac arrest, and CPR saved my life.

Did you know that 9 out of 10 people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital don't survive? In most cases, bystander CPR wasn't performed. But because someone knew what to do when it mattered most, I'm here today. And that's why this cause means everything to me.

Cardiac arrests can happen anywhere at work, at home, on the field, or just in our neighborhoods. When it does, the readiness of people around us can be the difference between life and death.

That's why, for Year 3, I'm walking with Team Heart to Heart again.
