Heart disease became very personal for me when my father underwent triple bypass surgery — a life-changing and life-saving procedure that we’ll never take for granted. Thanks to skilled medical teams, early intervention, and the kind of research supported by the American Heart Association, my dad is still with us today — stronger, healthier, and enjoying life with his family.
That experience opened my eyes to how critical heart health awareness and support really are. I'm fundraising to help the AHA continue their vital work — funding groundbreaking research, improving patient outcomes, and promoting prevention so more families get to hold on to the people they love.
