I walk because I know that with every step, I'm making a difference in someone's life. My mom had a stroke 7 years ago on New Year's Eve. We knew very little of heart health, after researching and getting a better understanding. I walk to bring awareness of heart healthy choices to help live a longer and healthier lifestyle. Come out and walk with me.
