Although I have reached my initial goal, please help me raise even more!
August 7 of this year marks 3 years since I survived sudden cardiac arrest. If it weren't for the quick thinking of my husband and daughter, I would not be here today. My husband called 911 and my then 17 year old daughter started CPR as soon as I stopped breathing. Because of them I had no brain or organ damage. ER doctors and others who worked on me came by my room to see the "miracle."
CPR saved me and can save so many others. My daughter had one 30 minute session of CPR training in her freshman PE class. Please help me raise funds so more people can be trained!
I will be participating in this year's American Heart Association Walk on August 3 (one day after my 59th birthday!) as a SURVIVOR!!! I'd love for anyone to join me!
