Improving lives and our health can be as simple as taking a walk. I am walking in the American Heart Association walk to do just this. This year is my 2th year participating in the Heart Walk. I am walking in honor of Grandma Alice and my father in law, Terry Hayward. I am also walking in honor of all of those impacted by cardiovascular disease.
It is not just my efforts alone that will one day help us see a world free of heart disease and stroke. I am walking with a team of heart heroes. Your participation and/or donation will also greatly help work towards our goal. Together we will have a greater impact on our goal of reducing cardiovascular disease and raising money for life saving research.
