To my friends and family,
I walk because I know that with every step, I am saving lives. We all have special people in our lives with heart disease and I am committed to making a difference! The picture attached is a very special lady who we lost due to a heart attack at a young age- my beautiful mother! I'm sure all of us have people we are close to that give you purpose and love. I miss her everyday and try to live life following her example. She would have walked to the ends of the earth for those that she loved! We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way.
