Hello and welcome to another Heart and Stroke Walk Season.
This will be my 10th year walking for stroke and heart disease awareness, education, and research. I walk for friends and family who have been affected by stroke and/or heart disease.
You can help make a difference! Please join me by walking and donate to help make stroke and heart disease a thing of the past. Your donation helps with research, education, support services for survivors and their families, training in CPR for both adults and young families just starting out, and so much more.
You can join my team 'iHEARTu' and register for the walk or just make a donation. You can also fund raise yourself!
So many ways to help.
The walk this year will be Saturday October 11th at the Seattle Center. Get your walkin' shoes and gather your friends, family, and doggie on leash and join me for a walk to help celebrate YOU for being AWESOME to donate, support those who are surviors, and remember those we have lost.
