Hello!
I'm excited because I've signed up for this year's 2025 Bay Area CA Heart Walk!
I have been participating for several years, and this is my first time being a coach. This annual event is a big deal that occurs every year to help the American Heart Association raise money for important scientific research.
I am also a survivor of heart disease. I underwent a triple bypass procedure back in 2015. I was fortunate to catch it early, and the procedure saved my life. Unfortunately, I lost a twin brother to the disease a year prior to my procedure. I walk to save lives and for my late twin brother and all survivors.
I have signed up to be a coach to look for a few great people to join me and keep hearts beating across the country.
