I’m not just walking. I’m Heart Walking in honor of my mother Kathryn Klingman who passed away in 2016 after suffering a major stroke. Did you know heart disease is the #1 killer in the United States? The good news is 80% of heart disease is preventable. My participation in the Heart Walk helps to raise awareness and much needed funds for research to continue to improve the quality of life for our families and communities, and promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day.
