Heart disease has effeted my family & friends in more ways than one! I'm excited to be walking again this year in the AHA Heart Walk in September.
This year hits a little different in my Heart Walk journey. We have a little cousin on the active transplant list for a new heart. Imagine a world where no family ever has to experience heart disease in a loved one, especially a child.
We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. We have to change that!
