I participate as a 2025 UCSF Heart Walk coach in honor of Marc Daniels, photo above, who died this past year from a sudden cardiac event. In just a few minutes, a brother, a son, a father was lost and our hearts remain heavy.
I am proud the academic health center I work for is doing cutting edge research to help reduce strokes, AFib, and cardiac disease which have also impacted my family members.
