Meet Sophie and Emilio, 

Sophie is my daugther and Emilio is my nephew. Both at very young ages battles with heart problems. Sophie survived a heart attack and Emilio survived life support! 

Heart disease is more common than we think and through organizations like the American Heart Association we can help bring awareness and ongoing research to help bring more science and technology to help beat these diseases!
