Hi Friends & Family!

This years Heart & Stroke Walk will be Saturday, May 16, 2026!!  I’ll ride my recumbent trike, and those that can’t walk a long distance will be in their wheelchairs or scooters!

It will be 27 years since my stroke this year in August! My grand kiddos are getting bigger! Allie is 6 and Brooks is 4! They are growing up so fast! Allie and Brooks have started T-Ball practice and are on the same team! Allie is in Kindergarten and Brooks is in preschool 2 days a week. Now that Ken is retired we have our JBop’s Shuttle Service driving the kids around and dropping/picking up from school.

Meanwhile, I stay active with my Stroke & Brain Injury Support Group with Zoom meetings, a monthly in person meeting and a monthly lunch get-together! Plus we have a Take Your Brain Out to Play in June, a Picnic in July and Christmas Party in December!

So please help my awesome Stroke & Brain Injury Support Group, The Hard Hats~Restructuring Our Lives After Stroke, raise some funds for an organization that is near and dear to our hearts!
