I walk because I know that with every step, I am saving lives.

We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. In fact my father passed away in December 2020 from CHF, December 2024 one of my Friends and collegues, Rich,  lost his fight with heart issues, and November 2025 by Aunt passed away from CHF.  We have to change that. Will you help me?
