I am honored to walk beside the many stroke survivors, their families and friends, and other healthcare professionals to raise stroke awareness! As a Stroke Navigator with Hoag, my goal is to help any and all folks that have suffered a stroke to help get them through the acute phase and onto their recovery and beyond! I am committed to helping to educate our community, raise awareness of stroke warning signs and symptoms, and to help folks understand the importance of seeking immediate medical attention.
