Stroke Program Mission Statement: Stroke patients at Hoag receive the highest level of care through patient centered, integrated multidisciplinary team approaches utilizing the best evidence based practice, state of the art technology and advanced clinical research.  

The target population includes all adult patients across the continuum of care. This includes increasing awareness of the signs and symptoms of stroke, treatment and prevention, along with group support meetings for stroke survivors and brain aneurysm/ AVM survivors and their families in the community. 

We Walk to Save Lives, support research in the community and promote overall community health. Help us reach our goal today by joining our team or donating towards our goal. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers, educate the community on the risk factors of a Stroke and BEFAST to spot a stroke and save a life!
