We're a group of undergraduate students and volunteer CPR instructors from the CPR and First Aid Program at UCLA! Part of our organization's mission is to curb the rising trend of prehospital deaths due to cardiac arrest. We work to reduce this by providing low cost CPR and First Aid classes to the UCLA community. Additionally, we participate in outreach events (like this one!) to raise awarenss about the importance of receiving bystander CPR.

 

As American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructors, we understand the importance of their work! Nine of ten people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die, and bystander CPR is rarely performed. Donations will support AHA's research and community program initiatives. If you're able to donate, we would really appreciate it!
