This cause is deeply personal to me.
I remember a time when my family was scared and completely unsure of what was going to happen. I witnessed ouruncle collapse and watched multiple relatives step in to perform CPR. It was one of the most terrifying moments of our lives. Thanks to their quick actions and CPR training, my uncle survived.
Today, he is healthy, thriving, and living life to the fullest.
Moments like these remind me why heart health awareness, education, and lifesaving training matter so much. CPR doesn't just save lives, it gives families more time with the people they love.
That's why I'm proud to support the American Heart Association and help raise funds for research, education, and community programs that save lives every day.
