In 2011, my mom, Carolyn, died from cardiac arrest while at home.  She was unaware of any heart health concerns.  The day she died, she had flu-like symptoms, no chest pain. We didn't see it coming and were not prepared for her sudden death.

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive. Most of the time, it’s because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
