As CEO of Chandler, I'm proud to be part of the Executive Leadership Team for the 2026 San Diego Heart and Stroke Walk. This cause is close to our hearts in a very real way. For me personally, I lost my father last month after a 40+ year battle with heart disease and ultimately, heart failure. He fought to the very end and the research and care funded in part by the American Heart Association gave our family time that no one can put a price on. My team and I are walking this year to honor him and all those in our communities that have suffered from heart disease or stroke.  

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don't survive. Most of the time, it's because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
