In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.

1 in 100 babies born in the United States are born with a congenital heart defect (CHD), like my son Leo. Everything I do and hope to accomplish in this life is for Leo. I support the AHA and participate in the Heart Walk to bring awareness of CHDs as they are so common but so little is known about why or how it happens. 

Extraordinary things happen when people take action. A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. Heart Walk brings communities together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research towards congenital heart defects and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
