In 2024 my husband Joe recieved excellent care at Pulse Heart Institue CardioThoracic surgery in Tacoma. Joe was diagnosed with a rare benign heart tumor in his left atrium. We were shocked and scared. We were greeted with a physician that was both caring and understanding, he kept us informed and I knew my husband was in good hands. In July 2024, he had open heart surgery and it went amazingly. He is now almost fully recovered. The care and compassion I received was so heart-felt and so appreciated. Ironically, I now work at Pulse Heart Institute. I'm walking for Joe and anyone who needs to be given the same compassion we were.
