The Dude Abides
In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
On April 13, 2025, The Dude Abides team leader Ben Hanowell suffered sudden cardiac arrest and was clinically dead for 17 minutes. He would have died permanently if not for the bystander CPR from his partner, who called 9-1-1. And when she called 9-1-1, EMTs and medics from the Shoreline Fire Department were there in minutes, each of them forged by some of the best resuscitation training our world has ever known.
