Heart disease and stroke touch almost every family, whether we talk about it or not. I'm walking because prevention, awareness, and research save lives.

This year, I'm serving as a coach for Team Verde Clean, helping rally coworkers and friends to join in — whether that means lacing up on November 14 or simply giving what they can. Every step and every dollar goes toward the American Heart Association's work funding heart and stroke research, education, and emergency response training that keeps people alive.
