Ashley was a shining light to anyone that was lucky enough to know her. She was incredibly funny, vivacious, tenacious, and had a laugh that I'm sure you can still remember today! 

On March 9, 2020, Ashley suffered a massive stroke that would leave her heart barely functioning. She fought 46 days in the ICU, only to come home and slowly begin her transition to the next life. She ultimately passed on June 3 of 2020.

Ashley's two girls survive her, and are living their lives to the fullest in her honor as we all try to do. Neveah is 18 and thriving at ASU, Havyn is 5 growing into such a bold lil lady in Kindergarten. 

1 in 3 women will lose their lives to heart disease and stroke. The fact is that most of these losses are preventable. Ashley SHOULD be here today. 

We walk to honor Ashley's memory. To honor those women that should still be here with us today. 

The funds we raise together will go towards lifesaving research that helps us understand the differences between how men and women experience heart dsiease. They will go towards creating awareness that heart disease is our number one threat!
