Here we go again, help support me raise funds for my heart walk team, JMH Team Landon!
For the second year in a row, my team is honoring and celebrating my little Landon Grey who was born with congenital pulmonary stenosis. The road to diagnosis was quick thanks to his absolutely amazing and thorough pediatrician who noticed a murmur while we were still in the hospital after birth.
Within two weeks we had followed up with his equally great pediatric cardiologist whom we've grown to love through multiple visits, though we have fortunately graduated to visits once per year!
My energetic, strong-willed, sweet boy is absolutely thriving. We love him dearly and are so thankful to have him in our lives. Please consider donating or joining our team today in Landie’s honor, thank you!
