Welcome to JMH Team Landon year two!!

We are so excited to again be participating alongside John Muir Health for the Bay Area Heart Walk. 

For the second year in a row, JMH Team Landon honors Landon Gasca, born October 2020, whom was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect at two weeks old. Sweet Landon (Landie) is absolutely thriving and is an energetic, extroverted, sweet toddler boy who loves to find mischief and fun. He loves his family, his animals, and to dance! He gets to spend time with his amazing cardiologist once per year now, much to his advantage as he does not love doctor visits.

Our founding year as a team (2021) we raised just over $2,000, which is amazing! I would love to see us raise $5,000 this year… we can do this!!!
