At 43, I had a heart attack.
Stunned, disoriented and grateful to have survived, I searched for answers and a community. During that search, I learned just how susceptible we are to illness and disease when we don’t pause during our busy days to take inventory on our health.
#1 I walk for my family, because I want to be there for my wife and my children as they grow up.
