At 43, I had a heart attack.

Stunned, disoriented and grateful to have survived, I searched for answers and a community. During that search, I learned just how susceptible we are to illness and disease when we don’t pause during our busy days to take inventory on our health. I joined the AHA Heart Starters group to amplify our collective voices to promote healthier work environments and community involvement amongst our business community.
