Executives with Heart: A Movement Where Leadership Meets Lifesaving

Executives with Heart unites top local leaders around one goal: ensuring one person in every household is ready to save a life with CPR. While 61% of people are unsure of what to do in a cardiac emergency, these leaders are working to change that. They’re leading by example through donating, rallying their networks to do the same, and spreading lifesaving CPR education, all leading up to a celebration at the Heart Walk.

Welcome to Doug Nelson's Personal Page

On October 25 2021 I had a heart attack, 4 stents were placed with 1 more placed in 2025.

I walk to show others that heart disease doesn't have to be a life ending diagnosis. But an awakening towards a healthy life.

I walk for family and friends, the ones in my life now, the future ones, and the ones I have lost.

I walk to help in research for a cure to heart disease and stroke.

Finally I walk for myself, and my faith, to show I am a survivor, the beat is stronger, healthier, more determined than ever and couldn't be stopped.
