A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. Heart Walk brings us together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more research, more people trained in CPR, and more lifesaving moments!  

My story is recent, surving a Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection  SCAD (rare heart attack), on May 13, 2026. I'm stronger each and every day and I'm truly grateful for the resources, knowledge and support I'm able to access to help me on this "come back" journey.
