I’m not just walking. I’m Heartwalking. My participation in Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Imagine the impact if we reduce death and disability from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20 percent by 2020.
This picture sums it all up. My mom was a survivor-she's had a heart attack and received a pacemaker along with multiple stents. If not for the research and education that the American Heart Association supports, we would have missed so many memories of our time with her. We lost her in October of 2018, so I am walking in her memory. My Why is her, my wife, my daughter and all of the people in my life impacted by the work of AHA. Please help me reach this lifesaving goal by donating today. Together, we can make healthier, longer lives possible for everyone.
As the Chair of the 2019 AHA Heart Walk, I have committed to being a member of the Executive Leadership Team and participating in the Executive Challenge, with the goal of raising at least $5,000 in support of this worthy cause. Thank you in advance for your support!

What will your donation do? I'm glad you asked. Every donation will help create big science, like science that created the artificial heart valve. The moment you contribute to the Heart Walk, you are contributing to, witnessing, and progessing lifesaving science. Lives can't be saved without you. Will you donate today?
