September 2018 my family lost my cousin Mark very suddenly to a heart attack, then in January of 2019 we lost my cousin Brady the same tragic way. Both were taken very suddenly and way too early by heart disease.
I will be raising money and walking in their honor at the Heart Walk this year.
They are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
Heart Disease and Stroke claim countless lives every single year.
