Why I Walk?
The American Heart and Stroke Association's walk is important to me for several reasons. Yes, This is my 15th Year...
I use to always walk because:
1. My father died at 53 of Congenital Heart Disease when I was only 18.
2. My identical twin who died at 58, had the -"Widowmaker- Heart Attack", and was a Survivor at 53.
3. I have Hypertension, High Cholesterol, and certainly high-risk for a Heart Attack.
4. I have a Daughter Tia Nicole and two wonderful Grandchildren David Anthony and Joyce Alexandria that I want to spend a whole lot of more time with.
But, now, I walk because I know that there are millions of other people just like me that just wants to have one more day to spend time with Family and we can Help. Can You Help?
