My dad has his first heart attack at age 43 and his second one at age 53. And then a third at 73. Luckily he is alive and well still at age 73. However, I know that there is a big chance I could have lost him earlier. I walk to keep myself healthy, to continue supporting research efforts and efforts to teach others about how to stay heart healthy.
